The names of those customers has never been shared with me. I can never thank them, reward them, offer them promos, or offer them insider status.
My VIP list is made of readers who agree to have a connection to me, the author, by giving me an email where I can message them. Such readers have either read one of my books or visited my website. I need readers who honestly are interested in reading and having an input into my future books.
